Tarleton founder, Alexandra, had the importance of delivering genuine hospitality to others instilled in her from a young age by her family. Small things, such as placing a friend's favorite seasoning on the table before dinner, or ensuring a houseguest had everything they might need over their stay, was woven into her nature through her upbringing. It became inextricably embedded in the fabric of her personality, and as she began working in the realm of special events as a young adult, she immediately realized the incredible impact that a friendly gesture, a pause for authentic conversational connection, helpful tip, or other small act of hospitality could have on a person's experience, and what a tremendous privilege it is to be in such a position.
