At the Helm of Tarleton is Alexandra Tarleton Mirante, who has built a sterling reputation in the realm of luxury events. With over a decade of experience in full-service planning and production, Alexandra (or “Lexy” as she’s affectionately known) brings unparalleled experiential designs to life nationwide.
Alexandra’s early experience was within the world of professional sporting events with the National Hockey League and the United States Tennis Association. Afterwards, she took her knowledge of what it takes to produce world-class large-scale sporting events, to coordinating fundraising events for several venerable philanthropic foundations in Washington, DC; then later, for the Aspen Art Museum. Alexandra then became a Lead Planner with Bluebird Productions, widely recognized as one of the top worldwide luxury event planning firms by BRIDES, Martha Stewart, Over the Moon, and Vogue.
She formed Tarleton as a result of craving the limitless bounds for creativity with social and corporate events, which now are a permanent fixture in her repertoire. Her distinctive, understated style and grace, passion for entertaining, trademark attention to detail, and indomitable energy make her a perennial favorite amongst her clients, as many return year after year.
Alexandra has had the distinct honor of contributing her efforts to such notable events as the U.S. Open Championships, Sentebale ISPS Handa Polo Cup (co-founded by Prince Harry, the Duke of Sussex), Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights Awards, as well as events surrounding Super Bowl LII, the PGA TOUR Championships, and the Food & Wine Classic. She has executed highly-successful activations for Fortune 100 companies such as American Express, FedEx, and J.P Morgan Chase, as well as for several luxury houses in the LVMH portfolio. Well-experienced with discerning clientele and guests, Alexandra has navigated interactions with professional athletes, the family of a Former United States President, a former member of the British Monarchy, Justices of the United States Supreme Court, The Office of the White House, United States Senators and Representatives, and State-Level Elected Officials with aplomb.
Educated at The Hun School of Princeton, Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences, The George Washington University School of Business and Harvard University School of Extension Studies, Alexandra has a deep commitment to being a lifelong learner.
She splits her time between Jersey City and her historic hometown of Princeton, New Jersey and her mountain haven of Aspen, Colorado. Her beloved Welsh Springer Spaniel, Callie, lent her likeness to Tarleton's logo; it's a breed known for its happy disposition, versatility in all climates and terrains, steadfast loyalty, energetic playfulness and affectionate personality. An exceptional representation for a destination event firm, steeped in delivering purposeful hospitality.
Building on cumulative decades working in luxury events and hospitality at the highest levels, our distinguished nationwide-based team buoys Tarleton's planning and production efforts at every turn with their industry knowledge, exciting experiential ideas, dedicated attention to detail, and organizational mastery. Our core planning team is further strengthened by our invaluable on-site staff, who bring their poise, careful orchestration and energetic presence to each interaction in order to deliver a memorable time for all.
